Hi Parkview,

It was wonderful to begin the transition into worshipping together again this past Sunday.  While it was not  the party of hugging, handshaking and eating that we envisioned,  it was still refreshing to worship in community!  We also are grateful for all those who could join us on YouTube or Facebook. For the time being, we still encourage those who are 65+, or have preexisting conditions or are unable to attend to join us online for worship and to stay as safe as possible.  We will be live-streaming on facebook at 10:30AM this week. Bruce will also be recording a video that will be accessible later in the day on our YouTube and website.

We will continue to be as safe as possible when we gather, and due to the numbers that are gathering, we feel we can do this with one service at 10:30AM.  We still want to know a relative number to expect, so that we can prepare accordingly and remain safe.  If you could, please let me know sometime during the week if you will be attending our service this week.

I know this has been a strange time and we are still in a transitional period, but I encourage you to stand firm in your faith and I hope this time has made you hungrier for God and hungrier for God’s people!

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9

Please let us know if you are planning to attend the 10:30 service on Sunday, May 16.

Mother's Day is coming up and we are ready to celebrate with you!  This Sunday, May 10th, will be our first Sunday back and we are excited to worship together again.  We are going to be hosting two services on Sunday morning, one at 9:00am and another at 10:00am.  We would love for you to join us!  For more information, please read the letter above.

Dr. Jim and Roxene Lo have been married for 46 years and will be teaching about how you can build a strong and healthy marriage.  This course will lead couples through biblically-based lessons to enrich and deepen your marriage relationship.  This course is open to everyone and will begin Sunday, March 8th at 9:45am in the fellowship hall.

Every Tuesday evening, Parkview hosts a soup kitchen for anyone in need in our community.  We welcome you to join us at 4:30pm in the fellowship hall for a free meal.

Due to the coronavirus we will only be doing takeout meals until further notice.

Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
